How To Register

For your convenience, register directly from your mobile device.

Step 1 – You will need the following
  1. Registration Number:

    Located on your registration card.

  2. Proof of Purchase of Case:

    Take a photo of your receipt to upload.

  3. Mobile Device's IMEI/MEID/Serial Number:

    Find on your mobile device and take a photo to upload.

All cases must be registered within 14 days of purchase.

Use your device to take a photo of your receipt. Receipt must include the case date of purchase.

Step 1 – Find Your IMEI, MEID or Serial Number

Dial the IMEI Code (for Phones)

You can retrieve the IMEI/MEID number on virtually any phone by dialing in the universal code. Dial *#06#. You typically will not need to press the Call or Send button, as the IMEI/MEID number will appear as soon as you finish dialing the code.

Or Check Your Settings

On most devices, you can find all the relevant serial numbers in the same location in your settings.

Check in one of the following places, depending on your phone model:

  • Apple Devices: Settings → General → About
  • Android: Settings → About Device → Status
  • Samsung Galaxy S3 (and some other models): Settings → More → About Device → Status
  • Lumia: Settings → About → More Information
  • Nokia X: Settings → About Phone → Status

Note: Wifi only iPads do not have an IMEI/MEID. Please provide the Serial Number for this device.

Note: All mobile phones with Verizon as the carrier will not have a Serial Number.

Step 2 – Take a Photo of Your Screen to Upload

You will need to capture a screenshot of your Device's IMEI/MEID or Serial Number to upload during registration. Click here to view instructions.

Take a Photo of Your Screen

For Apple Devices

To take a photo of your screen, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and Home button at the same time. Your screen flashes and the photo appears in your Camera Roll. To upload, choose the photo of your screenshot from your Camera Roll.

For Samsung Devices

To take a photo of your screen, press and hold the Home button and Power button at the same time. Your screen flashes and the photo appears in your Gallery under Screenshots. To upload, choose the photo from your screenshots.

To Upload From A Computer

Follow the instructions above to take a photo of your screen. Then save the image from your device to your computer. When prompted, browse to the saved location and select the image to upload.
