You can retrieve the IMEI/MEID number on virtually any phone by dialing in the universal code. Dial *#06#. You typically will not need to press the Call or Send button, as the IMEI/MEID number will appear as soon as you finish dialing the code.
On most devices, you can find all the relevant serial numbers in the same location in your settings.
Check in one of the following places, depending on your phone model:
Note: Wifi only iPads do not have an IMEI/MEID. Please provide the Serial Number for this device.
Note: All mobile phones with Verizon as the carrier will not have a Serial Number.

To take a photo of your screen, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and Home button at the same time. Your screen flashes and the photo appears in your Camera Roll. To upload, choose the photo of your screenshot from your Camera Roll.
To take a photo of your screen, press and hold the Home button and Power button at the same time. Your screen flashes and the photo appears in your Gallery under Screenshots. To upload, choose the photo from your screenshots.
Follow the instructions above to take a photo of your screen. Then save the image from your device to your computer. When prompted, browse to the saved location and select the image to upload.
